For Prospective Clients / Contact

Thank you for your interest in the firm’s educational advocacy services.  The firm is devoted to ensuring that students can obtain the educational and community supports that meet their unique needs.

If you would like to learn more about firm services, please fill out the conflicts screening form. You may also leave a message for the firm at 571-547-7055 with your name, contact information and the nature of your call. Leaving a message does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Who does the firm serve?

The first step for any prospective client is to screen for any potential conflicts of interest. The most efficient way to submit the necessary information is to fill out this form. Once the screening for potential conflicts is completed, Juliet will contact you to identify your needs and to schedule an initial consultation, if appropriate. If the firm is unable to serve your immediate needs, an effort will be made to provide an appropriate referral to another advocate or attorney who practices in the relevant field.

You may also wish to explore the resources website and visit some of the useful links provided on the firm’s website.

Consultations are by appointment only. In the case of a crisis, such as a hospitalization, school trauma, or disciplinary action (for example, out-of-school suspension, recommendation for expulsion, police involvement or referral to child protective services), the firm will work to provide consultation or referral as soon as possible. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact 911.
